Job Description:

As the Head of Engineering you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence innovation and strategic growth initiatives. You will lead a talented team of engineers to develop groundbreaking aerospace technologies products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team aligning engineering efforts with company goals and objectives.

Leading the design development and implementation of innovative aerospace technologies systems and solutions that enhance product performance reliability and efficiency.

Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including research and development manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Establishing and maintaining engineering standards processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest levels of quality and safety.

Mentoring and developing engineering talent fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and professional growth within the engineering organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree (e.g. MSc PhD) preferred.

Proven track record of leadership and management experience in engineering preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry with a demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver innovative solutions.

Deep technical expertise in aerospace engineering principles including aircraft systems propulsion systems avionics and materials science.

Strong project management skills with experience leading complex engineering projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.

Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Visionary leadership style with a passion for driving innovation fostering creativity and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
