No dialysis experience No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training for your first 912 weeks to set you up for success.

What to Expect as a DaVita PCT
- 1:1 Patient Care Provide safe comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time.
- Technician Duties Monitor patient vitals set up dialysis machines and record observations before during and after treatment.
- Continuous Learning Always improving patient care and teamwork to build the best healthcare community.

Schedule & Training Details
- Flexible Shifts: Clinics operate Monday Saturday 4:00 AM 12:00 AM) with rotating Saturdays
- 1012 Hour Shifts: Work 34 days per week with schedules set 34 weeks in advance
- Training Period: Expect 3240 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent role
Who Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
- Comfortable working around blood & needles
- Flexible schedule (mornings evenings weekends holidays)
- Physically capable of standing for long shifts 12 hours)
- Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
- Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA CMA Phlebotomy or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required!

Salary/ Wage Range
$18.00 $27.50 / hourCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
