Description
BASIC PURPOSE:
- Entering and maintaining customer data into EDI.
- Entering order information and maintaining PSTS for trail events/special orders generating reports and collaborating closely with various teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the SEWSEDI part cross reference table Create customer part number and internal part number matches using customer instruction sheets and internal design documents for assigned customers.
- Monitor customer failed orders Monitor customer orders that cannot be processed through EDI due to missing information. Research and define the missing information to allow the customer order to pass from EDI to the Warehouse Management System to prevent any misshipments to the customer.
- Monitor supply chain by confirming part delivery between manufacturing plant customer service center customer in order to inactivate customer records as needed.
- Receive/confirm nonmass production requirements DLCS or create PSTS and coordinate status with Delivery manufacturing plants Customer Service Centers and design engineering.
- Provide support to MBU GPP PC and Delivery teams if needed.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:
- High School degree associates degree or technical certificate required.
- 13 years of experience in production material planning or warehouse operations.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of SEWS personnel.
- Skilled in areas of use of desktop and mainframe applications.
- Problem solving task management organization oral and written communication
- Microsoft office (excel and word) experience required.
