Are you a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor seeking a dynamic role with an awardwinning law firm Our client a prestigious firm with offices across the Midlands is renowned for its excellence in legal services and commitment to client satisfaction.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their Telford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of highprofile and complex matters including:
- Private M&A transactions
- Asset sales
- Reorganisations
- Fundraisings including EIS/SEIS investments
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder exits
- Share schemes and shareholders agreements
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Advise on and manage private M&A transactions including due diligence drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
- Handle asset sales and reorganisations ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with fundraisings and investments including EIS/SEIS schemes.
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures shareholder exits and shareholder agreements.
- Advise on and implement share schemes and other employee incentive arrangements.
- Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice to a diverse client base.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload effectively.

- A proactive and solutionoriented mindset as a team player.
