Our offer for you
As a Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) at Xayn you will take endtoend ownership of one of our crossfunctional product teams. You will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery and will work closely with engineers designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment prioritization and a focus on delivering value to our users.

You will report to Ruth Chief Product Officer at Xayn who leads the product and design strategy for Noxtua our Legal AI solution. With extensive experience in product management and usercentric design Ruth is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful digital products. She fosters a collaborative and agile work environment ensuring that design engineering and product teams work seamlessly together. Ruth values user feedback accessibility and innovation making her a strong advocate for humancentered AI solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Own and leadthe full product lifecycle for your product area from vision to roadmap .
- Balance the four key product risks value usability feasibility and business viability when making decisions and setting priorities.
- Manage andmaintainthe product backlogwriteand refine user stories and drive sprint planning with your team.
- Translate user needsand stakeholder input into actionablevalidatedproduct initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationshipsby understanding their needs aligning on priorities and keeping them informed about progress and product developments.
- Utilize product analytics and user feedbackto inform product decisions and measure success.
- Collaborate crossfunctionallywith engineers designers legal experts and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive usability and adoptionby conducting user testing iterating on feedback and supporting gotomarket strategies.
- Analyze the marketand competitive landscape to inform product positioning andmaintainlongterm competitiveness.
- Champion Legal AI innovationby integrating legal domain expertise into product development.
About you

- Provenexperiencelaunchingandgrowingcomplexsoftwareproductsfromthegroundup
- Solidunderstandingofagilemethodologiesandenthusiasmforiterativeproductdevelopment
- Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicaland legalconceptsintointuitiveproductsolutions
- Strategicthinkerwithausercentricmindsetand apassionforgreatproductexperiences
- Bachelorsdegreein Law Computer Science Business Administrationorarelatedfield;advanced degrees are a plus

The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua Europes first sovereign Legal AI. Noxtua helps lawyers analyze and draft legal documents and research legal questions while being legally competent and compliant. Hosted in the EU Noxtua meets high standards of confidentiality in handling client data professional secrecy (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code Section 43e German Federal Code for Lawyers) and European data protection. Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with highquality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS.
