Job Description
This is a district wide Social Worker position for theacademic year. The district serves students in grades K12 in Torrington Lingle Yoder and LaGrange Wyoming. Start date is August 11 2025.
Purpose Statement
The job of Social Worker is done for the purpose/s of facilitating administrative processes; ensuring operation in compliance with county state and/or federal requirements; providing information on services available to eligible students and families and conveying information regarding school and/or district activities procedures and referring families to other agencies.
Thisposition reports to Director of SpecialServices.
The position is open until April 30 2025 or until filled.
Experience: Job related experience within a specialized field is required.
Education: Masters degree in Social Work
Certificates and Licenses: Licensure by Wyoming Mental Health Board or maintains PTSB certification with proper endorsement(s)
Continuing Educ. / Training: Continued Professional Growth
Clearances: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
