Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker Referral & Assessment Team Gateshead
Location: Gateshead
Pay Rate: 27.60p/h
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Referral & Assessment Team based in Gateshead. Opportunity to work within a Contextual Safeguarding Team with support from Family Advocate and primarily working with teenagers at risk of harm outside the home.
What will your responsibilities be
- Experience of undertaking Child & Family Assessments
- Section 47 enquiries
- Child Protection an Child in Need meetings
- Experience of undertaking initial Court and PLO work
As a Social Worker you are required to:
- Hold a Social Work England registration.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK licence.
- Social Work Qualification degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience as a social worker within childrens services.
