Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize sales processes tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and other teams to drive productivity and effectiveness including events and campaigns.
- Monitor and support the sales pipeline ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Sales operations sales management or related role experience.
- PC literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes CRM systems (Salesforce experience required) and analytics.
- Experience in the technology sector with an understanding of industryspecific processes.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills.
