Job Description
John H Castle Elementary School
Hours: 3.25 hrs. 10:15 a.m. 1:30 p.m.
Monthly rotation (between 3
Position: Dishroom/serving
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
Put clean dishes up
HACCP documentation logs
Service: Monthly rotation
1. Dish machine/put clean dishes away and scrub dishes
2. Serving/scrubbing dishes and putting clean away
3. Serving/pulling clean dishes and putting clean away
Closing Task:
daily weekly and monthly cleaning
laundry
take out trash
Anything deemed appropriate by the manager.
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during ashort training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of training and a good review from the cafeteria manager.
