Job Description:
- Conducts assessments to identify behaviors and develop intervention plans.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and modifies plans as needed.
- Collaborates with other professionals such as psychologists and social workers to provide comprehensive care.
- Provides training and support to caregivers and other professionals to ensure consistency in intervention strategies.
- Maintains accurate and uptodate records of client progress and communicates with relevant parties as needed.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all interventions and progress.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant area including exercise physiology nursing physical therapy psychology community wellness social work or another healthrelated field required.
- Be pursuing an advanced degree in a relevant area as mentioned above.
