Senior Security Consultant Mainframe z/OS

This is an exciting role maintaining operational effectiveness and security integrity of NABs mainframe systems!

• Bring your deep experience in RACF options and zOS to a brilliant security team
• Engage in change management requirements validations design decisions and testing / quality management.
• Get involved in the continuous review and adoption of relevant tools and security frameworks to improve process and delivery of access control.

In the role of MIS Senior Consultant (Mainframe) you will join a team within NABs Security group thats doubling down on customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

• Maintain operational effectiveness and security integrity of NABs mainframe
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and risk reduction initiatives across the banks mainframe computing enterprise
• Provide and exercise security best practice in the undertaking of daytoday responsibilities
• Actively identify report and implement risk remediation tasks as appropriate to the role
• Ensure the provision of services meets agreed Service Level Agreements
• Interact with audit and compliance personnel and deliver remediation as deemed appropriate
• Mentor subordinate staff
• Be recognised as trusted advisor to the business

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

• 1015 years experience working in Mainframe RACF
• Experience working in infrastructure heavy sub systems
• Advanced SAS and JCL programming experience
• Programming experience in one or more programming disciplines (including: Python Assembler PL1 and Cobol)
• ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility)
• ISPF Dialogue Management Services
• SDSF (Spool Display Search Facility)
