The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600 skilled engineerswho focus on tendering engineering planning procurement project Management functional system testing installation supervision documentation and commissioning.
Mission statement:
As a Marketing and Sales Process Tool Specialist you will be involved in ensuring the sales team understands and follows the process of Opportunity management in Salesforce.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting the factory in following up the standard enquiries and opportunities in Salesforce as per process.
Drive the Sales team in capturing correct data in system in salesforce.
Ensure that factories follow the correct processes for the recurring opportunities.
Provide the necessary analytics and insights as required by the M&S team.

Your background:
A bachelors degree in engineering or any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience working with Classic in Opportunity management. Skills in Microsoft applications (Excel PowerPoint Sharepoint MS Teams etc).
Ability to analyze data using Power Bi Pivot tables PowerQuery PowerPivot.
Strong communication skills. Ability to work during North America time zone hours.
Ability to work crossfunctionally throughout an international organization interfacing with business partners and support groups across the organization.
Strong analytical and research ability to present analysis reports to relevant stakeholders. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Flexibility on working with teams from different regions.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
