Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Director of GTM Strategy & Operations to drive global expansion gotomarket strategy and companywide strategic priorities.
In this position youll work closely with direct and crossfunctional team members to promote global growth goals and execute GTM initiatives. Youll have the opportunity to build and manage a team and contribute to the success of Squarespaces international growth strategy.
You will report to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations and work hybrid from our New York City headquarters.
Youll Get To
- Conduct indepth analysis of key business drivers to track progress toward global growth goals and recommend strategies based on data & insights to enhance priority market performance.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of highimpact crossfunctional GTM initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Product and Commercial teams to accelerate priority market growth.
- Evaluate and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives to key stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Partner with Finance Product Marketing & Commercial teams to develop robust annual plans and set measurable targets for priority markets.
- Manage mentor and grow a small team of GTM Strategy & Operations professionals fostering a highperformance & business impact culture.
Who Were Looking For
- 1215 years of experience in Strategy & Operations roles within growthfocused technology or digital businesses including 5 years managing and developing teams.
- Proven track record of monitoring and optimizing global business performance metrics.
- Strong expertise in managing strategic initiatives & projects within complex organizations to drive global growth.
- Extensive experience leading annual planning cycles aligning Marketing Product and Commercial teams on goals.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage market customer and competitor insights to inform gotomarket strategies.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for scaling global businesses and driving impact through crossfunctional collaboration.

Cash Compensation Range: $180000 $250000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on jobrelated criteria including relevant skills experience and location among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and where applicable for eligible roles may include ontarget commissions or overtime pay) Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
