Min 10 Years experience in packaging / Paper / Corrugated box Industries

Responsibilities:

Responsibleforsourcingsuppliesforecastinginventoryrequirementsassessingriskanddailyoperationofpurchasedept.ofcorrugationplant.
WeeklyMonthly&quarterlyRawmaterial&Purchaseplanning.
Mediatedbetweenvendorsandtheaccountspayablemanagertoquicklyresolveissues.
Negotiatedvarioussupplyandserviceagreementsdeliveringbalancedcommercialterms&conditionsandfavorablepaymentterms.
ManagedfunctionalresponsibilitiesinsupportofS&OPprocesswhichimprovedsupplierperformancereducedinventoryandimprovedcustomerOnTimeInFull(OTIF)to98.
Maintainstrongvendorrelationshipsachievedcostsavingsandnegotiatedcontracts.
AdditionalresponsibilityofStoresdept.
Outsourcing/jobworkfinalization.
ImportcoordinationLogisticscoordination.
AnnualSavingsthroughvendordevelopment
The managedannualcostofRawmaterialPackingIndirect&logistics.
Negotiatedpricingandbusinessterms&conditionsforthepurchaseofproductsandservicesfromdomestic&internationalsuppliers.
Establishandmaintainbusinessrelationshipswiththekeysuppliersandensurethatnegotiatedagreementsareimplementedandaggressivelypursuecompetitivepurchaseenvironmentbyconstantlyseekingalternatesupplyproductreplacement andsubstitution.
Implementedrebateincentiveprogramswithkeysupplierstoearnadditionalrevenue
EngagedapproachtooffsetpriceincreasesthroughValueAnalysisandnegotiationswithsuppliers.
Identifiedandevaluatedthe numberofsuppliersusedbyInternalBusinessUnitsresultingina reductionofsuppliers.
Reducedworkingcapitalbyincreasingpaymenttermsto60daysformajorsuppliers.
ManagedallmaterialplanningeffortsalongwithdirectoversightofallInternationalandDomesticprocurement.
