Job Description
- Assisting experienced technicians:This involves learning from them following instructions and completing tasks as directed.
- Performing basic maintenance and repairs:Examples include oil changes battery testing and replacing worn parts.
- Using tools and equipment:This may involve learning how to use diagnostic tools hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Ordering parts and supplies:Learning how to identify needed parts and place orders from vendors.
- Maintaining the workplace:Keeping the shop clean and organized and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Learning new skills and techniques:Participating in training programs attending workshops and completing assignments to build knowledge and skills.
- Following safety procedures:Adhering to safety regulations and using equipment properly to prevent accidents.
