Duties & Responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in our tech stack: Typescript NextJS/React AWS Lambda/Step Functions Postgres/Dynamo CDK Playwright. Dont worry if you arent expert in every technology listed we want to find a person who will be a great fit for and add to our team.
- Confident explaining ideas solutions and achievements to technical and nontechnical audiences team members and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset
- Datadriven approach
- Experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer Tech Lead or Engineering Manager you are passionate about software development and engineering
- You embrace a growth mindset always
- You are always looking to develop your technical knowledge and technical leadership skills
What Youll Be Doing:
- Play a key role developing and deploying our apps and platform
- Act as a squad tech lead guiding the direction of development and ensuring adherence to the highest coding design and quality standards
- Collaborate with the squads functional leads e.g. product and design and stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap turning product requirements into scalable solutions that make a difference for our clients and users
- Collaborate in the development of our architecture and play a leading role in technology choices and innovation
Reference Number for this position is GZ60377 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg / Cape Town offering a cost to company salary of R1.4m per annum negotiable on experience and ability. Contact Garth on or call him on to discuss this and other opportunities.
