What You Will Get To Do:
A business systems analyst (BSA)uses information technology to improve business processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Ensuring compliance:BSAs ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Maintaining documentation:BSAs maintain documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Preparing technical reports:BSAs prepare technical reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Analyzing business needs:BSAs evaluate business requirements and needs across departments to identify areas for improvement.
- Designing systems:BSAs design systems to implement changes and improve business processes.
- Providing recommendations:BSAs recommend new or enhanced systems software upgrades and modifications.
- Managing projects:BSAs lead development projects manage resources and monitor project progress.
- Managing Agile Development process: Plan review and manage agile development sprints
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of workrelated experience.
- Experience with Contact Center and/or IVR software preferred.
- A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
- Flexibility/Ability to be proactive possesses good problemsolving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines.
