- Manage probate trust and guardianship administration cases.
- Draft legal documents including correspondence and pleadings.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and client meetings.
- Assist attorneys with calendaring and meeting deadlines.
- Organize and manage files documents and exhibits.
- Professionally communicate directly with clients and other attorneys.
- File documents with the courts.
