The IT People Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing dedicated people strategies that promote core cultural values and strong performance. The role will play an indispensable part in the IT organizations future by matching talent to the right roles needed to support growth in the department. The role will drive the of annual processes such as talent management performance management and the compensation cycle as well as oversee employee relations issues. This role will have a large number of direct reports and manage a team with diverse talents and backgrounds.
