Job Description:
Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution
- Maintain knowledge of company products services and policies
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
