Ready to make a Tech impact Pernod Ricard is looking for a Head of Tech Compliance to ensure the companys global technology systems remain compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies while leading a highimpact team focused on risk mitigation and audit readiness.

Your key missions:
You will:
Develop and implement IT governance and compliance frameworks aligned with global regulations industry standards and Pernod Ricards internal policies.
Lead internal and external audit engagements including liaising with auditors coordinating affiliate participation validating observations and tracking remediation plans with IT owners.
Drive governance risk and compliance initiatives proactively identifying risks and establishing mitigation strategies.
Promote compliance awareness and stakeholder alignment across the global organization.
Lead the Tech Compliance team by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Manage data privacy actions in coordination with Group Legal including assessments remediation plans and privacybydesign practices.

You have 8 years of experience in tech compliance governance or risk management ideally within a global organization.
You bring deep knowledge of compliance programs IT risk frameworks internal/external audits and regulatory standards.
You demonstrate strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
You are wellversed in data privacy practices and regulations.
You thrive in complex and fastpaced environments and your mindset is resultsoriented and adaptable.
You are fluent in English; French or Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
