Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Krakw which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides worldclass finance accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe Middle East Africa and US region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
Job Description
Main tasks:
Cost accounting functions for supply chain activity
Responsible for monthly and quarterly journal entries related to the above
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations (using ARCs)
Create monthly credit memos for international federal & internal returns
Assisting with operational queries from the business and other departments
Monthly/quarterly inventory reporting
Cooperate with Supply Chain Finance making sure they are equipped with the necessary reports and analysis
Assist with SOX testing and PwC audit as required
Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary
Basic Requirements
Requirements:
1 year of experience in finance/accounting
University degree in Finance or Accounting
Very good command of the written and spoken English language essential
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Very good Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication skills ability to interact with Finance and nonFinance staff at various levels
Ability to work in an intense fastpaced and multinational work environment
Selfstarter and team player
