The Division of Gastroenterology at St Elizabeths Medical Center Boston MA is seeking to recruit a boardeligible/boardcertified gastroenterologist to join a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners to provide highquality patientcentered care at a tertiary care hospital. The candidate will join an established hospitalbased gastroenterology group and will develop a significant focused practice that includes inpatient outpatient and procedural gastroenterology. The candidate should possess excellent clinical and communication skills and have a strong commitment to collaborate with other specialties to provide superior care. Candidate is also expected to teach medical students medical residents and gastroenterology fellows. Candidate should be BE/BC in Gastroenterology able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license and meet hospital credentialing requirements. Proficiency in ERCP is a plus but not essential.
St. Elizabeths Medical Center features a stateoftheart Endoscopy Unit to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures that include ERCP EUS endoluminal stenting Barretts endotherapy and other advanced endoscopic procedures a medical and surgical intensive care unit excellent subspecialty care support and a busy bariatric and colorectal surgery program.
