Details:
- Fulltime 1.0 FTE
- Annual base shift requirements: 225 shifts; 8hour shifts; potential option of 10hour shifts
- ED Call: 60 (sixty) 24hour call shift annually
- Locations Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital
- Compensation: Shift based salary of $413611.00

Position Summary
Urology Hospitalist to cover designated MultiCare Hospital campus as outlined in Practice Plan. Coverage will include inpatient and emergency urology medical and surgical services. Position is inhouse/onsite and is the primary point of contact for urgent/emergent urology needs.Responsibilities
- Inpatient consults
- ED consults
- Rounding on patients where they are the attending or admitting Physician
- Urgent/emergent surgery and procedures
- Collaborate with clinicbased urologists to ensure seamless patient care and followup
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible urologist
- WA state license
- DEA NPI & prescriptive authority
- BLS for Healthcare providers certification by AHA

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $413611.00 $413611.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
