This role assumes day to day accountability for all facets of practice operations with a strong emphasis on managing patient access and throughput provider productivity clinic staffing and medical group support services. Ideal candidate will have experience with managing the revenue as well as expense side of a multispecialty clinic with a proven track record. Experience with valuebased payment models such as Chronic care Transitional care and Remote Patient Monitoring is highly desirable. Facilitates an atmosphere of collaboration with local Medical Group administrators hospital leadership and corporate leadership. Will be visible accessible and committed to communicating effectively with providers hospital leadership and staff. Financial responsibilities include ownership and management of Medical Groups/practices P&L with an emphasis on reducing operating losses and revenue cycle for practices.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is up to $220000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
