Our Opportunity

Snyk is hiring for a Professional Services Operations specialist to support our rapidly growing Services Team. The Professional Services Operations Specialist is critical in supporting the successful delivery of Snyks Professional Services engagements. This role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing resource utilization across all projects. Key responsibilities include resource management scheduling process improvement and data analysis to ensure timely and highquality service delivery while meeting organizational goals. This position requires strong analytical organizational and communication skills as well as a passion for streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

Youll Spend Your Time:

  • Planning and scheduling internal consultants and subcontractors across projects considering factors such as skills availability and project deadlines.
  • Optimizing resource allocation to maximize utilization rates while minimizing bottlenecks and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential resource constraints.
  • Developing documenting and implementing standardized processes for key operational functions including project initiation resource allocation project tracking and invoicing.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation including proposals SOWs and delivery artifacts ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance.
  • Streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collecting analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization project profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to identify trends identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborating closely with sales customer success and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and subcontractors.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to support the growth and expansion of the Professional Services business.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in Professional Services Operations preferably within a cybersecurity or technology company.
  • 12 years of experience working with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools like Certinia or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and develop effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills: Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Detailoriented and resultsoriented with a strong work ethic.
