Job Title: Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst
Locations: Remote UK (Preferably someone that can attend the Basildon office quarterly for UK Team meet ups).

What You Will Get To Do:
Monitor and triage security alerts from Palo Alto XDR platform with focus on high and critical severity alerts
Execute established incident response procedures and playbooks when required
Document security incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams through Microsoft Teams for incident resolution
Maintain clear communication and detailed documentation throughout incident lifecycle
Follow CSIRT processes for escalation and incident management

What You Will Bring:
Basic understanding of security concepts and common attack vectors
Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently during offhours shifts
Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
Organized and detailoriented approach to documentation
Ability to remain alert and focused during extended shifts
Capable of working in a 24/7 operations environment
May require occasional oncall response during offhours
