Overview:
Our ODS Software Engineer role focuses on designing developing and deploying cloudnative serverless applications on AWS. We seek a candidate proficient in Python JavaScript and Scala with strong problemsolving skills and a passion for innovative highvolume data processing. The role entails creating efficient scalable data pipelines integrating advanced analytics and driving transformative projects to enhance pediatric healthcare outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in cloud architecture infrastructure automation and agile development. Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker) and CI/CD. Education Requirement:
- Masters Degree in Bioinformatics Computational Biology Computer Science Biology or related field with 5 years of relevant experience required.
