The City of Richmond Police Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position ofAdministrative Technician Senior to work within the Data Quality unit.
The selected candidate will provide internal and external customer service handling telephone inquiries and serving the public at the service window in the lobby at Police Headquarters when needed. This role requires a candidate with strong customer service skills attention to detail to handle sensitive information responsibly and interact with the public in a tactful professional manner. The candidate should have the ability to interpret report narratives as it relates to Incident Base Reporting and error correction.
