What youll be doing:
In this role youll oversee a team of 40 including supervisors across four departments including IT Asset Disposition and warehousing. Youll take charge of planning daily workloads ensuring smooth crossdepartmental coordination and keeping performance on track.

You are a true people leader. Youll be on the floor developing your team building capability and championing a culture of continuous improvement. Youll bring strong communication skills a good understanding of systems and a proactive mindset when it comes to both team development and operational efficiency.
