AB2534 Compliance Effective January 1 2025
Effective January 1 2025 and in accordance with California Education Code Section 44939.5 all applicants for certificated positions must disclose a complete list of all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) where they have been previously employed including fulltime parttime or substitute roles. LEAs include school districts county offices of education charter schools and state special schools. Failure to provide this information may be considered an act of dishonesty and could affect hiring decisions.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced School Social Worker to support students social emotional and behavioral needs. This role involves crisis intervention individual and group counseling collaboration with school staff and families and participation in student support teams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Possession of a valid CaliforniaPupil Personnel ServicesCredential in School Social Work
- A Masters Degree in Social Work
- Evidence of work experience in crisis intervention and/or behavioral intervention techniques

$73109 to $105584 (To start yearly based on fulltime assignment. Parttime assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Candidates with two or more years of fulltime K12 public school experience start on step 3. (This is the maximum starting step)
