Job Description
Role Overview: The HIS Assistant will also work closely with the provider onsite assisting with a variety of tasks including patient flow appointment coordination basic hearing aid troubleshooting support and ensuring the provider has what they need for a smooth and efficient day.
About the Opportunity:
- Assist with answering phone calls responding to emails and frontdesk communications.
- Coordinate patient appointments and followup visits.
- Prepare documents and reports as needed.
- Assist with meeting scheduling agendas and notetaking.
