Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Agent your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information and support to enhance customer experience.
- Document and record customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
