Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide logistical and operational support for TekSynap office locations (Reston Sierra Vista Boston/Burlington).
- Assist in managing technology support for badging and camera systems in coordination with IT.
- Support and track corporate housing accommodations as directed.
- Coordinate vendor and contractor services for office maintenance and/or facility upgrades.
- Analyze facility operations to improve efficiency.
- Support TekSynap warehouse and storage facilities (Houston & Chantilly) ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Provide technical support for handheld scanners and assist program teams in inventory reconciliation to optimize the process.
- Assist in overseeing Interstate Warehouse operations including managing inventory and invoice reconciliation.
- Track and manage TekStore/TekDollars program for company merchandise.
- Maintain inventory replenishment systems ensuring timely restocking of critical assets.
- Manage and track corporate vehicles and contract vehicle leases ensuring compliance with policies.
- Administer toll passes AT&T phone plans and companyissued devices (phones iPads etc..
- Oversee FedEx accounts ensuring monthly reconciliation and cost optimization.
- Support the management of OSBT assets working closely with program teams to track and maintain equipment.
- Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
- Assist with logistics for large annual corporate events as required ex: the Crawfish Boil and Holiday Party.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in facilities management logistics inventory analysis or corporate operations.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate logistics data and identify trends.
- Experience with inventory management systems asset tracking tools and logistics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address operational challenges.
- Experience with vendor management.
