The role

As a Project Officer youll be responsible for driving meaningful outcomes for customers while contributing to the ongoing improvement of digital services. Youll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team preparing quality project documentation and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This position focuses on proactive collaboration leveraging insights and best practices and delivering tailored learning solutions that align with departmental goals.
Key challenges of this role include navigating updates to legislation and business objectives and juggling competing priorities while maintaining responsive and highquality service delivery. Its a role that pushes boundaries fosters innovation and strives for continuous business improvement.
