You will compile analyze and report financial data play a crucial role in implementing new accounting standards and engage with external auditors to support annual audits and quarterly reviews. Ensuring compliance with policies processes and requirements we collaborate crossfunctionally with various departments and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the drafting and preparation of SEC financial filings including Form 10K 10Q Proxy Statement and other related filings.
• Lead teams to collect SOX compliance data prepare reports for SEC filings and earnings release.
• Partner closely with crossfunctional teams including legal tax FP&A and business leaders to prepare footnote disclosures.
• Prepare cash flow statements and journal entries for corporate accounting activities such as equity portfolio investments and annual goodwill assessments.
• Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging and regulatory reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance or business administration.
• 5 years of related work experience including a mix of Big 4 public accountng and hightech experience in a multinational company.
• Handson experience with filings of 10K 10Q Proxy and other SEC filings associated with financial reporting.
• Active CPA license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Workiva and equity accounting systems is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
• Experience in researching complex accounting issues and detailing accounting positions in technical memos.
