Qualifications:
- Masters degree required
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Valid Texas Principal Certification or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of effective research: change process systems thinking organizational culture and adult learners
- Ability to plan implement deliver and sustain professional development for school and district personnel
- Advanced knowledge of curriculum practices instruction assessment school improvement and organizational culture
- Any acceptable variations of the above as approved by the Executive Director
- Recommended by ESC Executive Director
Center Responsibilites:
- Process all personal timekeeping travel reporting and other paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain professional attire and grooming appropriate for specific job position
- Demonstrate punctual and regular attendance on the job
- Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities
- Supports the mission goals and objectives of the ESC
- Upholds and adheres to safety rules and policies of the ESC
- Performs professional responsibilities as required by ESC policies processes and procedures
- Meets proficiency levels of required technology skills as outlined by supervisor
- Incorporates appropriate technology in daily work and exhibits continual growth in technologies as outlined by supervisor
- Exhibit professionalism in all situations at the ESC
- Develop collaborative and positive relationships with schools and coworkers
- Exhibit planning and leadership on assigned tasks and projects
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit innovative thinking
- Keep supervisor advised of all pertinent financial and operations business

Position Responsilbilites:
- Participate in TEA orientation and all TMT trainings and any other training required by TEA
- Redeliver TMT through a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) model
- Build relationships with LEAs & EPPs and recruit them to the right TMT pathway
- Provide TMT coaching and implementation to LEAs
- Grow teacher mentorship practices and systems in LEAs
- Support ESC Talent Initiatives
- Collaborate with other Talent Initiatives to ensure alignment with EDF
- Ensure grant compliance for the Texas Mentorship Training grant
- Work collaboratively with ESC staff to provide consistent instructional and leadership supports
- Provide onsite visits to LEAs as needed
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Terms of Employment:
Up to 226 working days
This is an atwill employment position.
In the event of an economic slump a reductioninforce may be necessary. Employees will be notified in writing.
