Theyre now looking for an Operations Manager to lead a number of their business units around 35 staff total working closely with their electrical and software engineering teams.
This isnt a job where youll be buried in process for processs sake. Your work will be core to how products are delivered and maintained in the field with realworld impact on the people who depend on their equipment every day.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Experience leading operations manufacturing or engineering support teams ideally in industrial safetycritical or hardware/software product environments
- Knowledge of repair workflows inventory control and continuous improvement principles
- The ability to work closely with engineering teams (electrical embedded software systems) and influence technical outcomes
- A mindset geared toward efficiency scalability and quality control
