TITLE: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Technician & Receptionist

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1.0 FTE/12month position

SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Classified

GENERAL STATEMENT of RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under basic supervision the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Technician will be responsible for managing all customers (both internal and external) who visit the administrative office. This includes providing information and directing customers to other appropriate staff members. It is further the responsibility of this individual to perform administrative and technical duties in the processing of Human Resources (HR) forms and documents. All responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of confidentiality and standard professionalism for the administrative offices and assuring smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.

OCCUPATIONAL CONDITION:

Low risk Work is routinely performed in indoor environments including exposure to noise and being on your feet for extended periods of time. May require standing in inclement weather including summer heat.

The HRIS Technician & Receptionist position reports directly to the HR Director.
