Position: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant
Location: Austin TX
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $750 $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in customer service and enhance their skills in a supportive environment. As the face of our company you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive image of our brand. In this position you will interact with customers via various channels including phone email and inperson assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and providing product information
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Handle customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions.
- Process orders and manage transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
