The Global IMPACT team*I*ntegrated *M*arketing *P*artnerships *A*ction *C*ommunications and *T*he Climate Pledge (TCP)establishes Amazons leadership in corporate sustainability by demonstrating how we use our size and scale to have a positive impact on people and the planet. This team works both within Amazon and externally on partnerships and joint initiatives.
The IMPACT team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with Marketing Operations experience.
Key job responsibilities
Architect and implement endtoend workflow processes for marketing campaigns ensuring clear handoffs and accountability across all stakeholders
Drive crossfunctional alignment through structured collaboration frameworks regular sync meetings and clear documentation of decisions and next steps
Partner with thirdparty vendors and product teams to identify scope and implement technical solutions that optimize campaign workflow efficiency
Develop and maintain comprehensive project workback schedules proactively identifying dependencies and potential bottlenecks
Establish standardized processes for information sharing status updates and progress tracking across multiple functional teams
Lead strategic planning sessions to map out campaign requirements timelines and resource needs across Marketing Creative Product and other key teams
Create and maintain process documentation including playbooks templates and best practices to ensure consistent
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation measuring impact through established KPIs
Manage risk and issue resolution developing mitigation strategies and escalating when needed to keep projects on track
Foster a culture of accountability through regular status reviews milestone tracking and clear ownership of deliverables

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
3 years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
