Job Description
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Administer contracts (GCC 2015 NEC3 JBCC proficiency essential)
- Oversee procurement tenders and payment applications
- Lead tendering processes and quantity takeoffs
- Mentor junior QS staff and uphold best practices
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field
- 10 years quantity surveying experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record in managing largescale construction projects from inception to completion
- Proficient in CCS Candy BuildSmart and MS Excel
- Proficient in GCC 2015 NEC3 and JBCC
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills
- Membership with a recognised professional body (RICS / ASAQS) advantageous
- Willingness to travel and must have own vehicle
