Role Overview
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of AcreValue and products. This is a consultative role that empowers you to build relationships engage new clients and oversee the entire sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product to companies with active participation in land transactions and beyond.
Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth tailored solutions.
EndtoEnd Sales Process: Leverage your expertise through the full sales cycle including prospecting product demonstrations closing onboarding training and renewing clients.
Building Relationships: Conduct inperson and video meetings deliver product demos to agents owners corporations investors and other professionals involved in land transactions.
Brand ambassador: Represent AcreValue and at industry events and cultivate long term relationships and a professional network
BasicQualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited notforprofit University or College.
2 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
Proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets.
Experienced in client managementandpostsale.
Strong coldcalling skills and confidence in outbound sales efforts.
Candidates must possess a current and valid drivers license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data research and analytic platforms or tools in real estate financial services business intelligence marketing information providers or related experience preferred. (Clientfacing experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with professionals in land related industries such as real estate brokerage appraisal lending or renewable energy is highly desirable.
Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A keen interest in the rural real estate market and a willingness to developexpertisein CoStars product suite.
Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and market knowledge.
