We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our Talent team in a fulltime permanent role. The HR Assistant supports the Talent Team with HR planning and provides administrative support related to recruitment & onboarding performance management learning and development HRIS and HR operations & projects.
This role involves working closely with the HR Business Partner HR Manager and Talent Lead.

Role Description:
The HR Assistant:
HR Coordination & Administrative Support
- Organises coordinates and supports HR projects.
- Assists with organising meetings and planning sessions.
- Maintains accurate HR records and documentation in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Provides administrative support to Team Members and Team Leaders regarding the use of the HRIS.
- Takes detailed notes during meetings and summarises key action points.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Works closely with the HR Business Partner to post job opportunities screens CVs and coordinates interview scheduling.
- Assists in managing the candidate pipeline ensuring a smooth effective and efficient recruitment process.
Onboarding & Team Member Integration
- Conducts onboarding sessions for new hires providing necessary information on company policies and procedures.
- Serves as the first point of contact for new hire administrative issues ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Updates and maintains onboarding materials to ensure business relevance.
Learning & Development Support
- Tracks and manages internal training attendance and completion records.
- Supports Learning and Development initiatives by maintaining accurate training data and reports.
HR Operations
- Collaborates with the HR Business Partner regarding daytoday HR operations.
- Supports the planning and communication of the performance management review cycle.
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Assists in preparing internal articles newsletters and presentations to enhance companywide communication.
Skills:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of broad HR experience.
- Experience in supporting HR projects is an advantage.
- Handson experience with HR software and HRIS.
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel.
Education and Languages:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are an advantage.
