Prepare all food items for any type of function. Ensure the delivery or pick up is made in a timely manner. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of food storage handling department safety and sanitation as per policy.

Essential functions of the position are assembling cutting portioning and displaying avariety of foods.

1 year institutional food service experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Able to follow written and oral instructions.

Basic understanding of sanitation.
