Design and build scalable APIs and eventdriven microservices with Java Spring Boot and modern cloud tooling
Solve distributed systems challenges like realtime data flows secure access and lowlatency processing
Champion clean code performance tuning and system resiliency best practices
Contribute to team culture by leading design discussions reviewing pull requests and improving developer experience
Collaborate closely with DevOps product and SRE teams to ensure systems are resilient observable and productionready

Engineers who thrive in fastpaced environments and are driven by realworld impact
Deep experience with Java Spring Boot and cloudnative architectures (AWS OR GCP preferred)
Understanding of eventdriven patterns and messaging tools like PubSub Solace SQS/SNS
Strong SQL and NoSQL experience
Familiarity with contract testing CI/CD and unit/integration testing at scale
