Boston At Planon International were on a mission to revolutionize Field Service Management (FSM) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM)empowering organizations to optimize resources automate processes and enhance service delivery from A to Z.

Now were looking for a driven resultsoriented hunter to expand our footprint across North America. As a New Business Development Manager youll be responsible for building new opportunities from the ground up penetrating untapped markets and driving revenue growth for our Planon Universe for Service Providers. If you thrive on chasing new business closing highimpact deals and disrupting the status quo this is the role for you.

What youll Do:

  • Own new business development for service providers in North America with a focus on hard services and smart building solutions.
  • Identify target and secure new clients using a strategic and proactive approach to drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop gotomarket strategies to penetrate new regions and verticals leveraging industry trends in IT innovation and smart buildings.
  • Build and nurture a strong network engaging with key decisionmakers and positioning Planon as the goto partner.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and product demos effectively communicating value to prospective clients.
  • Lead the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

Profile

Were looking for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building success from the ground up. You excel in client engagement and foster trusted business partnerships. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A true new business hunter with 35 years of success selling complex software solutionsideally in the service provider market (hard services preferred).
  • A proactive selfdriven mindsetyou dont wait for opportunities you create them.
  • Strong consultative sales skills able to challenge prospects and sell a vision.
  • A strategic thinker who can craft and execute business development plans.
  • A relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America to meet clients and build the market.
  • Preferably based on the East Coast to collaborate efficiently with our teams in the Netherlands
