Job Description
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Boiler engineers license required within 90 days of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
General knowledge of mechanical plumbing electrical and carpentry trades; thorough knowledge of the hazards of the work and the necessary safety precautions; thorough knowledge of building maintenance techniques; thorough knowledge of the tools and
equipment used in repairing mechanical plumbing and electrical equipment; thorough knowledge of cleaning materials supplies and equipment; thorough knowledge about building fixtures and equipment ability to plan organize and direct building maintenance
projects; ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints; ability to maintain records and prepare reports; ability to operate a variety of building maintenance equipment safely and efficiently; ability to establish and maintain effective working conditions with
associates and school officials.

Specific Tasks:
Provides leadership and supervision to the custodial/maintenance staff. Reports to the Building & Grounds Director. See thejob descriptionfor additional information.
