Freelance Business Developer Hunter Profile Commission-Based

We are looking for a Freelance Business Developer with a strong hunter mindset and a track record in B2B consultative sales within the technology sector particularly in DevOps and Solution Architecture.

This is a commissionbased role focused on acquiring new clientsespecially startups and growing companieslooking to scale and optimize their infrastructure and tech processes.

This is a highimpact autonomous position where your initiative creativity and ownership will drive success. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in consultative sales but is also proactive in developing sales tools like brochures and presentations to enhance outreach.

Key Responsabilities

MustHave Requirements

• 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales ideally in DevOps Cloud or SaaS solutions for startups.
• 100 Hunter mindset: proven track record in active prospecting lead generation and closing deals.
• Ability to sell consulting services to CTOs founders and tech teams.
• Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN Selling Challenger Sales) with successful highvalue contract closures.
• Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its technological needs.
• Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
• Strong autonomy to design sales strategies and deliver results without micromanagement.
• Fluent English is required for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with global clients. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance relationshipbuilding and market expansion.
• Resultsdriven and excellent negotiation skills.

NicetoHave

• Experience selling DevOps Cloud or infrastructure automation services.
• Existing network in startups or growing companies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Zoho CRM or Pipedrive.
