We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Lead technical planning and of ML engineering work ensuring models and
systems are delivered reliably and at scale.
Translate data science outputs into productiongrade machine learning pipelines using
Python and AWS.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Data Scientist to ensure handoff from modeling to
deployment is smooth and robust.
Design and maintain ML infrastructure using AWS SageMaker S3 Lambda Step
Functions etc.
Define and own technical architecture for model deployment monitoring and retraining
workflows.
Manage technical sprint planning task assignment and capacity planning for the ML
engineering team.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
5 years of experience in ML development with at least 12 years in a leadership or
planning role.
Proven experience with Python including common ML libraries (e.g. scikitlearn
pandas PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Experience planning assigning and following up work using Linear (or similar tools like
Jira) with a structured approach to sprint planning and progress tracking.
Experience managing backlogs sprint planning and resource allocation for technical
teams.
Strong knowledge of AWS services especially SageMaker S3 Lambda and Step
Functions.
Experience in building deploying and maintaining ML models in production
environments.
Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and containerized
environments (e.g. Docker).
Strong communication skills and ability to align crossfunctional teams.
